How We Help

The Process

Our complimentary in-person consultation will include a fully customized organizational plan. We will discuss your areas of concern in-depth and then develop a strategy that will best fit your needs. We will send our plan and provide a proposal including an estimate with the amount of time that will be needed to complete your project, along with organizational product recommendations.
On the day of your project, we will first clear your space to give us a fresh start and perspective. We will assist in a quick vacuum or wipe down to make sure we are starting with a clean slate, and then we can rearrange the space or install shelving if needed.
Next, we want to create an environment that makes the decluttering and decision-making process as easy and quick as possible. To do this, we sort each area into categories so we can identify repetitive items, determine items of importance, as well as appropriate space and storage solutions.
Once like is with like, we will walk you through the purging and decision-making process by reviewing each category with you and asking you the right questions. The decision-making process is ultimately yours, but we are here to guide you through. We will take as much time as you need, but most often this process is quick and easy for our clients. We are passionate about making sure that your donated items get to the right place - we have a number of donations centers that we work with, and we are happy to accommodate your requests as well.
This is where the magic happens! We create systems based on your needs and belongings. We want these solutions to be intuitive, and sustainable for you and your family. In order to accomplish this, we will create homes for each category and contain the items either using your existing organizational products, or products that we have recommended for your project. Our goal is to create a space that is both functional and beautifully styled.
Custom Labels is the Cherry on Top! We have a number of tools and products that we can use to label your space. We can create custom vinyl labels, use our label maker, or even chalkboard labels - each one is used for a different purpose. Best part is these custom labels are included with your project at no additional cost!

Residential Organization

We will plan, shop, and implement a personalized solution that will change your life!

Move Management

Starting at

$75 / hour

Moving doesn't have to be stressful! We will assist in the coordination of your upcoming move including overseeing movers/other service providers, ordering materials, packing, unpacking, downsizing, decluttering, and creating systems to organize your new home or office. We can do it all!

Business Organization

Starting at

$75 / hour

About the Services

So much goes into each project, and we're with you every step of the way. Here's how we make each project a success:
  • In Person Complimentary Consultation

  • Unlimited email and phone support to ensure your success
  • Travel and Gas Expenses (within 25 miles of Tampa Bay)
  • Delivery of Donation items (one car load per session)
  • Recycling of Cardboard Boxes (one car load per session)

Memberships

We designed our memberships to give our client's options!  

Our Maintenance Membership is for our returning clients. We will review and discuss these discounted member rate options with you at the end of your project. 

We also have Monthly & Quarterly Membership options for clients who are looking for a cost-effective way to have their whole home organized.

A membership is right for you if:

  • Have multiple spaces you need organized
  • Will be moving or downsizing this year
  • Have a busy schedule that makes it challenging to maintain
  • Need priority scheduling for our visits
  • Struggle with seasonal transitions
  • Have a family member who is still independent, but needs support

Virtual Sessions

$200 for 4-One Hour Virtual Sessions

Virtual One on One Coaching is perfect if you are tackling an organizational project, but just need a little guidance and motivation from a professional organizer. This is an effective way to get advice and support at a fraction of the cost. You will get the same coaching, guidance, support, and accountability as if we were side by side.

Here’s how it works:

We will start with a complimentary Zoom consultation, where we will discuss your organizational goals and space.

I will provide you with product recommendations and links for you to purchase products that will best fit your space and provide functional solutions.

We will look at our calendars and schedule 4-One Hour Virtual Organizing Sessions - this will keep you motivated and accountable.

At each session, I'll coach you through how to organize your space from start to finish; the session ends with goals to complete before our next meeting.
